A Vision Born from Compassion

Okla Jepkorir Kipkiror, RN

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

A registered nurse, lactation specialist, Lamaze childbirth educator, and maternal and child health advocate dedicated to advancing quality home healthcare in Kenya.

Speak with YCFN

YCFN was founded from a simple but powerful belief: every Kenyan deserves access to safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care, not only in hospitals but also in the comfort of their own home.

As a registered nurse with experience caring for mothers, newborns, children, and families, Okla witnessed the challenges many people face after leaving the hospital. New mothers often return home with little support, families struggle to care for sick loved ones, and elderly patients may require skilled nursing that is not always accessible outside a healthcare facility.

These experiences inspired YCFN to bridge the gap between hospital care and home care through trusted, evidence-based home nursing services delivered by qualified healthcare professionals.

Maternal and child health holds a special place at the heart of YCFN. The goal is to help mothers begin their parenting journey with confidence through breastfeeding support, newborn care, childbirth education, postpartum recovery, and family health education.

YCFN is committed to building a trusted healthcare brand that partners with families, healthcare providers, insurers, corporate organizations, and communities to make home healthcare more accessible across Kenya.
